Control WDM browser tools, image buttons, bulk downloads, filenames, folders, notifications, and website exceptions.

Image buttons

Control how image download and social-post bulk buttons behave.

Enable image buttonsTurn image controls on or off. Always show buttonsShow controls without hovering over images. Enable bulk download buttonShow the second button on supported multi-photo Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, X, and Threads posts.

Minimum image sizeShow buttons only on images at least this large. Default: 100 × 100 px.

Min widthMin height

Button sizeChoose the size of image and bulk buttons. Button positionChoose where image controls appear.

Image downloads

Control image filenames, folders, and browser-history cleanup.

Download folderLeave empty for Downloads, or enter a subfolder such as WDM Images. Filename templateAvailable: {site}, {name}, {index}, {date}. Remove from browser download historyThe file remains on your Mac.

Website exceptions

Choose websites where image controls should stay disabled.

Disabled websitesOne domain per line. Subdomains are included.

Image notifications

These settings apply to image and bulk-image downloads.

Download notificationsShow success and failure notifications. Notification soundPlay a short sound with image-download notifications.
