1. License grant
Subject to payment, trial status, and compliance with this agreement, Welaxxx grants the license holder a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to install and use WDM on compatible Mac computers within the purchased plan.
2. Plans

| Family | Private, non-commercial use by members of one household. The activation allowance displayed at checkout or in the license confirmation applies. |
3. Lifetime and updates
Paid plans are lifetime licenses for WDM and include future WDM versions, including WDM 2.0, without a separate version-upgrade charge. This does not guarantee permanent compatibility with future operating systems, browsers, websites, or third-party services, or unlimited custom support.
4. Trial
The 7-day trial is for evaluation. It may be limited by time, features, device, or activation controls. Circumventing trial limits is prohibited.
5. Activation
Activation may use a license key, purchaser email, device identifier or fingerprint, network request, or similar anti-abuse method. Reasonable reactivation may be available when a Mac is replaced or repaired. Welaxxx may require verification before resetting activations.
6. Restrictions
You must not:
- Share, publish, resell, rent, sublicense, or transfer the license except where mandatory law permits.
- Use more users or activated Macs than the plan allows.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, defeat activation, or extract source code except where law expressly permits and cannot be waived.
- Use WDM to bypass DRM, access restricted content, infringe intellectual property, violate website terms, or break law.
- Use license keys obtained through fraud, unauthorized resale, or chargeback abuse.
7. Ownership
WDM is licensed, not sold. Welaxxx retains all ownership and intellectual-property rights in the software, branding, documentation, and updates.
8. Third-party components
WDM may include or interact with third-party libraries, tools, protocols, browsers, websites, or services. Their own licenses and terms may apply. Welaxxx does not control third-party availability or policy changes.
9. Termination
The license ends if it is refunded, reversed, fraudulently obtained, materially breached, or terminated for serious abuse. On termination, use must stop and installed copies must be removed.
