WDM includes a 7-day free trial so users can check the interface and compatibility before buying. We recommend testing the app on the Mac and browser you plan to use.
2. 30-day money-back guarantee
For eligible WDM purchases, Welaxxx offers a 30-day money-back guarantee measured from the transaction date. This is in addition to any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
3. How to request a refund
Send your request within 30 days to info@welaxxx.com with the purchaser email, order or receipt reference, plan, purchase date, and a short explanation. For purchases processed by Paddle, you may also use the support or “view receipt” link in the Paddle transaction email or visit Paddle’s buyer-support service.
4. Technical problems
We may first offer reasonable troubleshooting when a problem appears fixable. You do not lose the 30-day deadline while we are actively handling a timely request. If WDM has a material defect, is not as described, or cannot be delivered, legal refund rights may apply regardless of this voluntary guarantee.
5. Exclusions
A refund may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, unauthorized resale, deliberate license sharing, or manipulative behavior. This does not limit mandatory rights for faulty, misdescribed, or unfit products.
6. Effect of a refund
When a refund is approved, the WDM license may be deactivated and the user must stop using paid features and delete copies supplied under the refunded license.
7. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Banks and payment providers may need additional time to display the credit. For Paddle transactions, Paddle’s transaction records and applicable buyer refund policy will be used without limiting statutory rights.
8. Country-specific rights
Some countries provide separate withdrawal, cancellation, defect, or refund rights for digital products. Those mandatory rules apply when they provide greater protection. Buyers may be asked for consent before immediate digital delivery where local law requires it.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact Welaxxx or Paddle buyer support before starting a bank chargeback so we can try to resolve delivery, activation, billing, or product issues promptly.
