1. Controller
Welaxxx is responsible for personal information it directly handles through this website, WDM licensing, Sit N Swap, and product support. Contact: info@welaxxx.com, Armenia.
2. Information we may collect
- Contact information you provide, such as name, email, phone number, and message.
- Purchase and license information, such as plan, order reference, purchase status, activation status, and support history.
- Technical information needed for security, activation, diagnostics, and compatibility, such as operating-system version, app version, device identifier or activation fingerprint, IP address, timestamps, and error information.
- Basic website logs, such as browser type, requested page, date/time, and security events.
- For Sit N Swap, information needed to provide the mobile app, such as account/profile details, listings and photos you upload, likes and matches, chat content, swap status, reports/blocks, and device information used for notifications and security.
3. Payment information
When Gumroad checkout is used, Gumroad acts as Merchant of Record and independently processes payment, tax, receipt, fraud-prevention, and buyer-support information under its own terms and privacy notice. Welaxxx does not receive or store full payment-card details.
4. Why we use information
- To respond to inquiries and support requests.
- To deliver, activate, validate, recover, and protect WDM licenses.
- To process orders, refunds, and product communications.
- To secure the website and software, prevent abuse, and diagnose faults.
- To comply with legal, accounting, tax, or dispute obligations.
- To improve product reliability and compatibility.
5. Legal bases
Depending on the context, processing may be necessary to perform a contract, comply with law, protect legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and product security, or act on consent.
6. Sharing
We may share limited information with service providers used for hosting, email, software delivery, licensing, analytics, security, and payment processing; with Gumroad for Gumroad transactions; with advisers or authorities where legally required; or in connection with a legitimate business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
7. Sit N Swap
Sit N Swap uses account, listing, match, chat, swap and safety information to provide the service. Information you intentionally share with another user—such as listing details, profile information, chat messages or an agreed meeting point—may be visible to that user as part of the swap workflow. Store downloads are provided by Apple App Store and Google Play under their own privacy terms.
8. WDM and downloaded content
WDM manages downloads locally on the user’s Mac. Welaxxx does not claim ownership of downloaded files. Unless a specific support or cloud feature clearly says otherwise, file contents and download history are not intentionally uploaded to Welaxxx.
9. Anonymous WDM usage analytics
When anonymous usage analytics is enabled, WDM sends first-party milestone events such as first tracked launch, app launch, trial start, purchase-page opening, and successful licence activation. The event may include a random installation identifier, a random launch-session identifier, WDM version, Mac architecture, macOS version, and the activated plan name. It does not include filenames, download URLs, download history, licence keys, names, email addresses, or raw IP addresses. This setting can be disabled at any time in WDM Settings → General; disabling it also removes unsent analytics events stored locally.
10. Cookies and local storage
This static website may use essential browser storage for interface settings. Gumroad checkout may use cookies or similar technology necessary for secure payment, fraud prevention, and checkout functionality under Gumroad’s policies.
11. Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for licensing, support, security, accounting, disputes, legal compliance, and product operations. Retention periods vary by record type and legal requirement.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online service or software system can guarantee absolute security.
13. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used.
14. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, transaction, or license-integrity reasons.
15. Children
WDM and this website are not directed to children under the minimum age required to enter a digital-product contract in their country.
16. Changes
We may update this policy when products, providers, or legal requirements change. The latest date appears at the top.
