1. Who we are
These Terms & Conditions are provided by Welaxxx, an independent software brand based in Armenia (“Welaxxx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You can contact us at info@welaxxx.com or +374 44 471 778.
2. Scope
These terms apply to this website and to WDM (Welaxxx Download Manager), including its trial, software license, updates, browser extension, activation, delivery, and support. Custom development services are governed by a separate written quote or agreement.
3. Product description
WDM is download-management software for compatible Mac computers. Its features may include direct-download management, browser link capture, supported media controls, image-saving tools, torrent/magnet handling, progress and speed information, notifications, folder/category controls, and related settings. Features can vary by version, operating system, browser, website, and technical restrictions.
4. Trial and purchases
WDM includes a 7-day free trial. Paid WDM licenses are one-time lifetime licenses under the plan selected at checkout. “Lifetime” means the usable life of the WDM product, subject to compatibility, these terms, and continued lawful operation; it does not promise that every future operating system or third-party website will remain compatible forever.
When Paddle checkout is enabled, Paddle will act as Merchant of Record for the transaction. Paddle may calculate and collect taxes, process payment, issue the receipt, and provide payment-related buyer support. The final total may include taxes based on the buyer’s location.
5. Delivery and activation
WDM is delivered electronically. After a successful purchase, the buyer should receive a receipt and the applicable download, license, or activation instructions. Delivery and support details are described in our Delivery & Support Policy.
6. License
WDM is licensed, not sold. The plan controls who may use it and how many devices may be activated. The detailed rules are in the Software License Agreement, which forms part of these terms.
7. Authorized and lawful use
You may use WDM only for content you own, content that is freely downloadable, or content you have explicit permission and legal authority to download. You must not use WDM to bypass DRM or technical access controls, obtain restricted content, infringe copyright or other rights, violate a website’s terms, distribute unlawful material, or break applicable law. WDM does not grant rights to third-party content.
8. Account, license, and security
You are responsible for keeping license keys and activation information secure. You must not publish, sell, rent, sublicense, share, or transfer a license beyond the selected plan. Contact support if a Mac is replaced or an activation needs legitimate recovery.
9. Updates and changes
Eligible paid plans include future WDM versions, including WDM 2.0, without an additional version-upgrade charge. We may change, improve, replace, or discontinue individual features for security, legal, technical, compatibility, or product reasons. Third-party websites and browsers can change without notice and may affect capture or download behavior.
10. Support
Support covers reasonable help with installation, activation, and reproducible product issues. It does not include help obtaining unauthorized content, bypassing restrictions, or modifying third-party services. We aim to reply within two business days.
11. Refunds
WDM purchases are covered by our Refund Policy, including a 30-day money-back guarantee and any mandatory consumer rights. If a refund is issued, the license may be deactivated and continued use must stop.
12. Intellectual property
WDM, this website, branding, design, documentation, and original code are owned by or licensed to Welaxxx and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WDM is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every Mac, browser, website, protocol, or content source, or access to content controlled by third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Welaxxx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss; loss of data, profit, opportunity, or content; third-party restrictions; or unlawful use by a user. Our total liability relating to a paid WDM license will not exceed the amount paid for that license, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate a license for fraud, payment reversal, license abuse, unlawful use, material breach, or security risk. On termination, use must stop. Sections intended to survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute provisions—remain effective.
16. Governing law and consumer rights
These terms are governed by the laws of Armenia, without removing mandatory consumer protections available in the buyer’s country. Courts or dispute-resolution bodies with mandatory jurisdiction remain available where required by law.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
