WDM for Firefox.

The Firefox companion uses the same WDM 2.0 desktop workflow. The current package is provided for manual testing while permanent public installation still depends on Mozilla signing.

Temporary add-ons are a testing path in Firefox. A signed public Firefox package will replace this manual path when Mozilla signing is finalized.

Install / test

  1. Download and extract the WDM 2.0 Firefox ZIP.
  2. Open about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox.
  3. Choose Load Temporary Add-on.
  4. Select manifest.json inside the extracted WDM-Extension-Firefox-2.0 folder.
